my theme for this year can be summed up in one statement, “ support the homies”. i made it a mission to find ways to support my friends. and it honestly paid off! turns out i have some really amazing friends.

going to odessa was one of those support the homies type of adventures i’ve been on this year. Chris of odessa tattoo collective had his hands full with the second annual oil city tattoo convention. but i gotta say, he pulled it off.

i did this show last year and if im being honest it was not my busiest outing of the year. but i did believe in my friends vision. so i stuck on for this next year. bringing with me an official show sponsor and four booths of artist. so to say i went all in is an understatement. and it paid off. everyone with me had a blast and made some cash. at the end of it thats all any of us traveling artists want, is to make a little cash and have a good time. i’m definitely keeping this on my travel schedule going forward. shout out to chris and brenda for organizing a great show. until next time lasta los lamos compadres. or whatever
